Rensa Series 155 MERV 8 ring panel filters use four-ply tackified polyester media designed to replace pleated or fiberglass throwaway filters. The open weave on the air-entering side traps larger particles, while the tighter weave on the air-exiting side captures smaller particles. The graduated-density media is heat sealed around an internal wire frame to form a self-sealing gasket.
Series 155 panels are used in general commercial and industrial applications, including hospitals, schools, office complexes, food and pharmaceutical processing, airports, paint booths and computer rooms. The media is unaffected by humidity, moisture and most corrosive chemicals.
- Construction: four-ply, 100% graduated-density tackified polyester media.
- Support: 9-gauge corrosion-resistant internal wire frame.
- MERV 8; ASHRAE 52.2-2017 reference test on a 24 x 24-inch Series 155 panel at 1496 CFM and 374 FPM.
