The Gusmer Enterprises Cellu-Stack® Depth Filter Module offers a compact, enclosed format for utilizing cellulose-based depth filtration media across a wide range of process applications. Each filter cell is independently sealed through injection molding and supported by edge-seal bosses and anti-rotation spacers to maintain integrity during extended runs. The modular design, pre-compressed with stainless-steel straps, ensures leak-free operation, consistent flow, and simplified loading and unloading within compatible housings.

Available in multiple media grades—including Cellupore® 1900, 1700W, 1300, and Carbac® 1600 Series—Cellu-Stack® filters accommodate coarse clarification through pre-sterile filtration, and even carbon treatment for color and odor adjustment. The combination of refined cellulose fibers, inorganic filter aids, and, where applicable, activated carbon powder, delivers high wet strength, low extractables, and dependable particle retention.

Manufactured in 12- and 16-inch diameters with standard 6-, 9-, and 16-cell configurations, Cellu-Stack® modules support maximum operating temperatures to 176 °F (80 °C) and differential pressures up to 30 psid (2.1 bar). Suitable for steam-in-place cycles up to 253 °F (123 °C), they deliver an efficient, reusable filtration platform ideal for beverage production, biotechnology, fine chemicals, and other industrial processes.
Available through Total Filtration Services (TFS) in multiple media series, cell counts, and gasket materials to meet specific system requirements and process standards.
