Parker Airguard DP HD Series MERV 9 extended surface heavy duty pleated filters are designed for commercial HVAC and process air applications exposed to elevated moisture and airborne dust. Their thermally bonded synthetic media provides mechanical filtration and achieves MERV 9 before and after filter conditioning.

The media pack is reinforced with a galvanized steel grid to maintain pleat shape. A two-piece beverage board frame forms a double-wall perimeter, while water-repellent adhesive bonds the media pack to the frame and support members. This construction helps maintain pack rigidity in demanding filtration environments.

  • Available in 1, 2 and 4 inch depths; standard and custom sizes
  • 100% synthetic, hydrophobic media
  • MERV 9 per ASHRAE Standard 52.2-2012; MERV-A 9-A per Appendix J
  • Heavy duty die-cut beverage board frame and galvanized steel media support
  • Maximum operating temperature: 225°F (107°C)
  • Classified per UL Standard 900 for flammability
