The MF 90 Compact Pocket Filter is designed for supply, exhaust, and recirculated-air filtration in ventilation systems requiring dependable particle arrestance. It is suitable for sophisticated air-conditioning systems and industrial processes, including hospitals, laboratories, museums, airports, chemical facilities, pharmaceutical operations, food and beverage processing, optics, and electronics manufacturing.
Its filter media features a four-layer, progressively structured high-performance nonwoven made from synthetic-organic fibers. The construction includes a jetSpin layer and a superfine Nano jetSpin layer surrounded by a prefilter and support layer to support fine-particle filtration within the media.
The filter pockets use a leakproof-welded configuration and are foam-sealed into a PUR front frame. Aerodynamic welded-in spacers and a stable filter-element construction support functional dependability. The pocket filters are free of glass fibers, non-corroding, and microbiologically inactive.
