The CSD L083L Series is an industrial liquid bag filter housing designed to remove dirt and other contaminants from process liquids across a variety of industries and applications. The vessel is available in 15-inch and 30-inch lengths for standard #1 and #2 size bag filters and supports particulate removal from 1 through 800 micron.

Available construction materials include carbon steel, 304L stainless steel, and 316L stainless steel. Standard features include a stainless steel restrainer basket with 9/64-inch perforation, a 3-lug hinged lid with vent port and handle, Buna seals, adjustable carbon steel tripod legs, and a 100 PSI pressure rating at 300°F.

Connection sizes are available from 1 inch through 4 inches with NPT or flanged connection styles. Outlet configurations include bottom, opposite side, same side, and bottom elbowed away. The housing also incorporates two 0.25-inch female NPT gauge ports and one 0.75-inch female NPT drain port. Available options include EPDM, Viton, and Teflon-encapsulated Viton seals, mesh-lined restrainer baskets, higher pressure ratings, manual or automatic duplexing, and specialty-designed vessels.
