The Freudenberg Viledon® MV Series are extended surface rigid-cell filters designed for reliable, energy-efficient HVAC air filtration in commercial, industrial, and institutional environments. Available in MERV 12, 13, and 16 efficiencies, the MV 75, MV 85, and MV 95 models combine synthetic hydrophobic media with a durable all-plastic frame to ensure consistent performance under variable air conditions.

Engineered for strength and sustainability, these filters are metal-free, corrosion-resistant, and fully incinerable, reducing disposal costs and environmental impact. The patented 1-inch recessed frame design enhances airflow and efficiency when paired with prefilters, extending filter service life and lowering energy use. The MV 95 version is also available in a fire-retardant configuration (MVFR95) for high-safety applications.
