Parker LoadTECH 4-inch MERV 11 extended rigid cell filters use E-Pleat media technology for commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including variable air volume systems. The white, 100% synthetic media has a two-layer gradient-density structure. Preformed channels guide air through the filter for even dust loading and full use of the media. Parker lists offices, schools, hospitals, data centers, food processing and manufacturing facilities among the applications for this family.

Adhesive beads bond the pleats into a rigid pack, and a high-impact polystyrene frame resists moisture, chemicals and corrosion. Foamed hot-melt adhesive seals the media pack to the frame to prevent bypass at that joint. The compact 4-inch design simplifies handling and reduces storage space requirements. Low pressure drop supports reduced energy use, while high dust-holding capacity supports longer filter life and fewer changeouts.

The family includes box/no-header and single-header configurations. Single-header models have a 3/4 x 3/4-inch header on the air-entering side. Gaskets are optional, and special sizes are not available.

• Initial resistance at rated airflow: 0.19 in. W.G. for standard box models; 0.25 in. W.G. for standard single-header models.
• Media area: 29-55 sq. ft. for standard box models; 22-53 sq. ft. for standard single-header models.
• Standard 16 x 25 x 4 and 20 x 25 x 4 box models have reverse pleat direction.
• MERV 11 per ASHRAE 52.2-2017; performance testing at 492 FPM on a 24 x 24-inch face size.
