The Parker PREPOR NG Series is a high-performance polypropylene prefilter cartridge developed for use in beverage production applications, including wine, beer, cider, and bottled water. Built with Parker’s proprietary Optimized Depth Construction (ODC) Technology, PREPOR NG filters feature a graded-density matrix that combines fine particle retention, exceptional dirt-holding capacity, and long service life.

Engineered to remove yeast, bacteria, colloidal particulate, and haze-forming components, the PREPOR NG provides consistent protection for downstream membrane filters and helps maintain product clarity and microbial stability. The robust polypropylene construction withstands repeated caustic cleaning, backwash cycles, and steam sterilization up to 135°C (275°F), ensuring reliable performance through multiple regenerations.

All materials conform to FDA 21 CFR Part 177, EC 1935/2004, and USP Class VI standards for food contact safety. Available in 0.5–1.0 µm ratings and 10–40 inch lengths, PREPOR NG filters operate continuously up to 70°C (158°F) with broad chemical compatibility. Ideal for pre-stabilization and clarification stages of beverage processing, the PREPOR NG Series delivers greater throughput, reduced membrane fouling, and longer filter life, available through Total Filtration Services (TFS).
