The Filtration Systems Products (FSP) Kiara™ Polypropylene/Polyethylene Bi-Component Non-Woven Roll Filter Media is engineered for durability, consistency, and resistance to demanding operating conditions.
Manufactured through a thermal bonding process, Kiara media fuses polypropylene and polyethylene fibers into a uniform, high-strength non-woven structure. This construction provides excellent chemical and heat resistance while maintaining flexibility and dimensional stability in liquid filtration systems.
Ideal for grinding, machining, and coolant filtration, Kiara media delivers:
- High tensile strength and stretchability for extended life and consistent flow
- Excellent resistance to oils, coolants, and elevated temperatures
- Low moisture absorption for stable performance in wet environments
Available through Total Filtration Services (TFS) in multiple grades and roll widths, the Kiara line supports use in gravity, vacuum, and pressure filter units. Custom widths, lengths, and core diameters are available to match specific system requirements.
