The AJR Filtration SBF and FMC Series nylon monofilament (NMO) filter bags are engineered for precision liquid filtration in compact vessels and drum-filling systems. Constructed from single-fiber woven nylon mesh, these bags provide accurate and repeatable micron control across a wide range of ratings—from 1 to 1200 microns.

Each filter bag features a double-layer, fully welded seam design that enhances structural strength, eliminates bypass, and prevents fiber release. The polypropylene end caps and optional Buna, PTFE, or Viton O-rings ensure reliable sealing and chemical compatibility. With FDA CFR Title 21 Section 177.1520 compliance, the SBF and FMC Series are suitable for industrial, food, and chemical processing applications requiring dependable performance and easy installation in compact filtration setups.
