The FSP REEMAY®: Flatbond Pet SLB Polyester Spunbond Filter Media is a durable non-woven polyester substrate made from continuous spunbond fibers and bonded using a flatbond process for added strength and dimensional stability. Polyester provides excellent mechanical strength, good chemical compatibility, and better stability than many synthetic materials, making it one of the earliest and most widely adopted media for industrial filtration.
Its surface-filtration structure, less uniform fiber pattern, and continuous-filament construction support reliable performance across a range of industrial and process applications. Polyester is also well suited for coolant filtration and environments with high tramp oil, where polypropylene may blind more quickly. The REEMAY® SLB series is available in multiple basis weights, with published permeability, tensile strength, and burst properties to support specific airflow and durability requirements. This media can be converted into pads, bags, laminates, pleat supports, or other fabricated filtration components.
