The Aeolus MiniPleat Synthetic Panel Filters combine compact design with superior performance to deliver reliable, long-term filtration in HVAC and process-air systems. Available in 2-inch and 4-inch depths, both versions feature fully synthetic microfiber media with a progressive, 3-D structure for exceptional dust-holding capacity, low resistance, and consistent airflow.

Produced through a solvent-free, melt-based process with no chemical binders, Aeolus filters are completely non-shedding, hydrophobic, and resistant to microbial growth. Each model is designed to maintain its rigid frame integrity under variable load conditions while offering LEED-supportive efficiency and reduced waste from fewer changeouts.

  • Rated face velocity: 500 FPM
  • Efficiency range from MERV 11 to MERV 16
  • Recommended final resistance: 1.50" W.G.
  • High capacity synthetic media with low pressure drop
