About this item

The Graver Technologies Stratum® C Melt Blown Liquid Cartridge Filter is designed for applications requiring precise and repeatable depth filtration. Manufactured using multi-zone melt blown polypropylene, Stratum C cartridges feature a true graded pore structure that supports clarifying filtration without unloading captured contaminant.

Stratum C cartridges are produced from 100% virgin polypropylene with thermally bonded fibers, resulting in high void volume and long on-stream life. Filters are available in 90% removal efficiencies from 0.5 to 100 microns, allowing users to match cartridge selection to specific process requirements. A molded polypropylene center core provides added temperature and pressure capability, while the construction remains free of surfactants, binders, and adhesives.

These melt blown depth filters are certified to USP Class VI, comply with applicable FDA Title 21 regulations for food and beverage contact, and are NSF/ANSI 61 certified for materials requirements. Stratum C cartridges are also tested to VDMA 24364 (PWIS/LABS) standards, making them suitable for paint and coating processes. Typical applications include chemicals, pharmaceuticals, paint and inks, water, food and beverage, microelectronics, plating, and cosmetics.

Supplied by Total Filtration Services, Stratum® C cartridges are available in multiple lengths, micron ratings, gasket options, and end configurations to support a wide range of liquid filtration systems.
