The Viledon® MaxiPleat MX 95 and MX 98 Cassette Filters from Freudenberg Filtration Technologies provide high-efficiency air filtration in a compact, space-saving design. Engineered for supply, exhaust, and recirculated air systems, these filters deliver consistent MERV 14–15 performance (per ASHRAE 52.2) and are ideal for industrial, commercial, and process-critical applications, including turbomachinery intake, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, and electronics manufacturing.

Constructed with hydrophobic microglass fiber media and Freudenberg’s patented thermal embossing process, the MaxiPleat design ensures uniform pleat spacing, maximum dust-holding capacity, and low, stable pressure drop throughout service life. The filter pack is leak-proof cast into a distortion-resistant, halogen-free plastic frame, providing excellent burst strength (>20 in. w.g.) and resistance to moisture (100% RH).

Fully incinerable and corrosion-free, the MX 95 and MX 98 are available in multiple standard sizes and frame options, including 0.81", 0.98", or frameless configurations. Designed for continuous operation up to 160°F (71°C), these cassette filters deliver reliable performance and reduced maintenance costs through Total Filtration Services (TFS).
