Built with fully synthetic microfiber media, the filter uses a three-dimensional, progressive-density design to capture fine particles and maintain stable airflow. Its rugged, all-synthetic construction resists damage, shedding, and microbial growth, making it ideal for demanding environments where clean air and process reliability are essential.

Independently tested to achieve MERV 12, 13, 15, and 16 efficiencies per ASHRAE 52.2, Aeolus filters combine a large media area with low pressure drop for extended service life and energy-efficient operation. The hydrophobic, binder-free media is solvent-free and UL 900 certified, withstanding continuous temperatures up to 175 °F (80 °C) and short-term peaks to 210 °F (100 °C). Capable of operating at up to 125 % of rated airflow, these filters perform consistently in both standard and humid conditions.
